LCC’s Commitment to Sustainable Development
By choosing the Lévis Convention Centre, you take an active step toward making your event greener!
For Sustainable Development
At the Lévis Convention Centre, we are passionate about making environmental preservation central to everything we do. Our team is always looking for innovative ways to promote sustainability in our events and hospitality services. Exciting new initiatives are underway, and we can't wait to share them with you as we continue to reduce both our operating costs and our environmental impact.
We prioritized environmental protection and sustainable development in the design of the Lévis Convention Centre and hotel. The heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout the establishment use a geothermal system with 190 heat pumps. Highly efficient, low-polluting natural gas boilers heat all domestic water. High-performance glazing and lighting further reduce air conditioning and heating costs.
The Lévis Convention Centre aims to use recyclable materials whenever possible for its internal operations. Recycling bins for paper, cardboard, glass, and metal are available throughout the Centre.
The Lévis Convention Centre and Four Points by Sheraton are committed to environmental and social responsibility, and actively support sustainable development. The following are key benefits of choosing the LCC:
